In 2015, Granville McAnear founded GMLD. Prior to that, he had worked for more than two decades with one of the country’s biggest names in the luxury lighting design field, and on projects around the globe from Dubai to Riyadh, from New York City to Dallas. Leveraging that experience, he set out to establish a lighting design practice with a unique approach to architectural lighting design and its principles. GMLD focuses on creativity in lighting design, practicality in budget, and responsiveness to clients.
GMLD’s creative team has overseen more than 200 successful hospitality, residential, retail, and corporate projects, and made GMLD one of the most sought-after names in the architectural lighting world.
